Propel Presidio
Propel Presidio was developed as a two-year campaign to raise two million dollars in funding for the Presidio Graduate School and its programs. The curriculum at Presidio focuses on exposing students to experiential learning programs in the context of sustainability frameworks and methods, while engaging companies, government agencies and NGOs.
Part of the challenge of creating the logo was that it needed to retain certain attributes of the school's existing branding, allowing both to work in tandem. I used the existing structure of the school's logo with the segmented circle to reverse out the propeller in motion. The three quadrants of the circle represent the equal emphasis on people, planet and profit as drivers of business—the foundation of the curriculum at Presidio. Adhering to the existing color palette and use of similar lettering, helped to further unify the new logo with the existing branding.
